Ripples Collective

Description

This participatory event explores the potential of psychedelics and art for collective liberation, peacebuilding, and sacred activism, with a focus on the Palestinian-Israeli context. Much of the learning will be experiential in nature.

Anyone who feels the pain of the Holy Land and its people, and is seeking a safe and creative space to explore their feelings, thoughts, and embodied experiences, is invited to join. Additionally, those curious to learn about tools that can be applied to psychedelic practices for sacred activism, peacebuilding, and collective liberation are also welcome.

The workshop is held by Ripples, a non-profit organization that weaves together peace activism, psychedelics, community building, the arts, and science, catalysing peacemaking communities. The instructors include Palestinian and Israeli non-violent activists, artists, facilitators, and heart-led individuals who work together in connection, strength, and love to embody an alternative possibility.

##Why Attend? This workshop welcomes all who are moved by the ongoing suffering in the Holy Land, and who wish to explore how art, psychedelics, and sacred activism can nurture healing and unity.

This workshop is a special opportunity to explore how creativity, spirituality, and social engagement can converge in the service of collective healing and justice. Through art, ritual, and embodied practice, participants will experience how personal transformation can ripple outward into community and systemic change.

Attending this workshop means joining a living experiment in sacred activism, one that honors grief and resilience, difference and connection. It is a space to learn from Palestinian and Israeli facilitators working at the intersections of art and peacebuilding, and to witness how shared imagination can open pathways toward reconciliation and liberation. Participants will leave with renewed inspiration, a deeper sense of belonging, and practical tools for integrating creativity, compassion, and consciousness into their work and lives.

Learning Objectives

By the end of the workshop, participants will:

  • Explore how creativity, ritual, and altered states of consciousness can support processes of personal and collective transformation.
  • Understand the connections between inner healing and social change, particularly in contexts of conflict and justice work.
  • Experience embodied and artistic practices that cultivate empathy, presence, and cross-cultural connection.
  • Reflect on how narratives, identities, and collective memory shape the possibilities for peace and liberation.
  • Develop practical tools for integrating insights from art, spirituality, and community practice into everyday life and collective action.

Eligibility Criteria

This workshop is open to individuals who are committed to personal and collective healing, peacebuilding, and creative expression. Participants should be prepared to engage in experiential, embodied, and dialogical processes that invite vulnerability, curiosity, and mutual respect.

While no prior experience with psychedelics or art facilitation is required, participants should have a genuine interest in exploring the intersection of inner transformation and social change. Because the workshop focuses on the Palestinian–Israeli context, it particularly welcomes artists, activists, community facilitators, peace practitioners, and individuals with lived experience or a deep interest in this region.

To ensure a safe and balanced group dynamic, space may be limited to those who can commit to the full day and demonstrate readiness to participate in emotionally and spiritually grounded group work.

Atmosphere & Approach

The workshop fosters a psychedelic, safe, and open environment, striking a balance between deep emotional work, creative expression, and playfulness. The tone is process-oriented and participatory, encouraging collective creativity, storytelling, and embodied presence.

The format is entirely experiential, focused on interaction, embodiment, and shared ritual.
